🍓🥕 National Fresh Fruit and Vegetables Month

What we eat does not “fix” mental health challenges — but nourishing our bodies can support energy, mood, and overall wellbeing.

Small acts of self-care can make a difference. This month, try adding one fresh fruit or vegetable to your day. A handful of berries, sliced cucumbers, a fresh salad, or a summer peach can be a simple way to care for your body and mind.

Whole-person wellness includes mental, emotional, and physical health — and small steps count.

💬 What is your favorite summer fruit or veggie?

🧠 Alzheimer’s & Brain Awareness Month

Brain health matters at every age.

Memory changes, caregiving stress, and concerns about a loved one’s wellbeing can affect the whole family. Whether you are navigating your own mental health, supporting an aging parent, or coping with grief and life transitions, you do not have to manage it alone.

Mental health support can help individuals and caregivers reduce stress, process difficult emotions, and find steadier ground during times of change.

💜 Counseling support is available for adults and families.

National Great Outdoors Month 💜🧡🌿

Spending time outdoors can be a simple way to support your mental wellness.

Fresh air, sunlight, movement, and quiet moments in nature can help improve mood, reduce stress, and bring us back to the present moment.

Whether it’s a short walk, sitting in the sun, gardening, or visiting a local park, small moments outside can make a difference.

This month, try taking your wellness outdoors:

🌳 Walk through Delaware Park
🌊 Visit Niawanda Park
🌎 Explore Tifft Nature Preserve
🚶 Take a mindful walk around your neighborhood

Your mental health matters — and support is available when you need it.

A new month is a good time to pause, breathe, and check in with yourself.

June brings awareness to important themes like brain health, PTSD, safety, Pride, and the healing power of the outdoors. Together, they remind us that mental wellness is connected to every part of life — our bodies, relationships, communities, identities, and environments.

As you begin this month, ask yourself:

💜 How am I really feeling?
🧡 What support do I need?
💜 What is one small thing I can do for my wellbeing this week?

You do not have to wait until things feel overwhelming to ask for help.

Envision Wellness is accepting new clients — with no wait list for intake.

Mental health matters at every age.

On National Senior Health & Fitness Day, we’re reminded that wellness is about more than physical movement—it also includes emotional health, social connection, purpose, rest, and support.

Older adults may experience unique mental health challenges, including isolation, grief, caregiving stress, retirement transitions, health changes, loss of independence, or changes in family roles. These experiences can feel overwhelming, but no one should have to face them alone.

Checking in on the older adults in our lives matters. A phone call, a walk together, help getting to an appointment, or simply making space to listen can make a meaningful difference.

At Envision Wellness, we believe older adults deserve compassionate care that supports the whole person—mind, body, and community.

💜 Stay connected.
🧡 Keep moving in ways that feel safe and supportive.
💜 Prioritize emotional wellbeing.
🧡 Reach out when support is needed.

Encourage the older adults in your life to care for both their physical and mental health.

Asian Pacific Islander American Heritage Month 💜🧡

This month, we celebrate Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander communities and recognize the many histories, cultures, traditions, and contributions that strengthen our communities.

Asian Pacific Islander American Heritage Month is also an opportunity to reflect on the importance of culturally responsive mental healthcare. Mental health is deeply connected to identity, family, culture, community, language, lived experience, and access to support.

Everyone deserves care that honors who they are.

At Envision Wellness, we believe mental healthcare should be compassionate, inclusive, and respectful of each person’s background and experiences. Seeking support should never mean leaving parts of yourself behind. You deserve a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported.

💜 Culture matters.
🧡 Identity matters.
💜 Your mental health matters.

If you or someone you love is looking for support, Envision Wellness is here.

Memorial Day Reflection 💜

Today we pause to honor those who served and remember the lives lost in service to our country.

For many people and families, Memorial Day is not only a long weekend—it can also be a tender reminder of grief, loss, trauma, or the absence of someone deeply loved. Holidays of remembrance can bring up complicated emotions, including sadness, anxiety, loneliness, or memories that feel difficult to carry.

At Envision Wellness, we believe support should be available through every season of life, including moments of grief and reflection. You do not have to move through hard emotions alone.

If today feels heavy, give yourself permission to slow down, reach out, and take care of your mental health.

💜 Support is available.
🧡 Healing is possible.
💜 You are not alone.
