Give Restorative Yoga a try. 🧘‍♀️✨

This gentle, supportive class is accessible to most bodies and experience levels. Poses are guided with plenty of cues, props are provided for additional support, and transitions are slow and intentional, giving you space to settle into each posture and release tension.

We’ll close each class with a deeply relaxing shamanic drum meditation, allowing you to fully rest, receive, and reconnect. 🥁✨

This coming Saturday, we’re bringing back our Restorative Yoga & Sound Bath Experience! 🧘‍♀️🎶

Give yourself 90 minutes to slow down, soften, breathe, and simply receive. We’ll begin with gentle, supported restorative yoga before transitioning into a deeply relaxing sound bath.

Class size is thoughtfully limited to 12 participants to allow plenty of space for comfortable movement and an intimate, peaceful experience.

Tuesday: 📝Back-to-school Mini Sessions! The perfect reset before sending kiddos back into full days without us close.
🍎Also open for teachers as a great grounding before dealing with all of our children.
Wednesday: 🧘Restorative Yoga
Thursday: Private Sessions filled
Friday: I’m open to adding a session or two if anyone is in need and other days don’t fit!

✨ I’m excited to share that I’ll be continuing my Reiki education with Ignite Your Light in Lehi! ✨

I’m a firm believer that our learning never truly ends. Even as Reiki Masters, there is always more to explore, experience, and integrate.

I love learning from different Reiki Masters and teachers because each person brings their own wisdom, perspective, experiences, and way of sharing this beautiful practice. I believe continuing to learn not only deepens my own connection with Reiki, but also enhances the skills, knowledge, and experiences I’m able to offer my own students and clients. 💛

I’m grateful for every opportunity to continue growing, learning, and expanding my practice—and I can’t wait to see where this next chapter of my Reiki journey takes me! ✨

A Reiki Master is still a student. There is always more light to discover. 🌟
