Our Clinic Fun Days are usually filled with laughter, team-building and a little friendly competition—but this one looked a little different. ❤️

Two of our clinics chose to spend their Clinic Fun Day rallying around their leader, Sam, who is recovering from multiple injuries following a bicycle accident.

Instead of simply celebrating together, they showed up for one another in a way that speaks volumes about who they are as a team. The compassion, support and genuine care they have for each other is something special—and it’s a beautiful reflection of the culture we strive to create at ARC.

And perhaps even more telling, it’s a reflection of the kind of leader Sam is. The way your team shows up for you when you need them most says a lot about the impact you’ve had on the people around you.

Sam, you are clearly loved, respected and appreciated by your team.

We’re so grateful to see our ARC family rally around one of their own. 💙
This is what looks like. 🤍

If you or a loved one have noticed your fingers starting to naturally go into a “claw” shape, you might have an ulnar nerve injury. Certified hand therapy and a splint can help.

Still not sold on the notion of "Spring Cleaning",🧹but if you're going to do it, you should at least do it without it causing harm to your person. Perhaps with an audiobook 🎧️ it'll be barely tolerable. Oh well, happy cleaning! https://nuvi.me/8p7h5b
