Second Chance Services and Street Coalition Second Chance Services provides mental health therapy for children, complex families and homeless adults. We make house, camp, school and street calls.

We are Topeka's only provider of Housing First through Shelter plus Care for the chronically homeless with serious behavioral health issues. We take Medicaid and Medicare for behavioral Health care. Our housing first with shelter plus care is free of charge for those who qualify!
