Trust your kids, trust yourself—this is the backbone for the work I do in supporting and coaching parents and their children. We are all different—different life stories, different personalities, different ways we showed up in this world—and yet for many of us our world and cultures do not allow for these differences. To walk to our own drumbeats. To shine outward with our own brilliant and unique
ly-colored lights. You know in your gut the ‘old way of doing things’ isn’t working for your family, but you’ve no idea where to go next or how to make this shift—whether shedding old parenting and educational paradigms, or if you have a child who showed up in this world exactly as who they are… as different. How do you support your children? How do you trust in them, give them space to find themselves and yet still be safe? How do you support yourself in doing this necessary inner healing work, as you reclaim your intuition, your voice, your sovereignty as a parent and a person? That’s where I come in. I am a guide—someone who has and continues to—walk this path. Someone who has learned that in order to first trust in my children, I must first trust myself. I have two kids who asked me to step off the traditional path, the traditional way of doing—well, just about everything! As a family we’ve ventured into the wilderness together, have allowed our kids to be our guides, to be exactly who they were meant to be and in the exact ways they needed—
And they’re thriving. From energy and healing work, crystals and sound frequency, I continue to bring many different modalities and watch it transforms my family.
