2. A woman tracks her menstrual cycle on a smartphone while seated comfortably. Quote Text: “Your menstrual cycle is a window into your health. Track timing, flow, pain, mood and symptoms in a secure app, and let us know if anything feels off.” Quote by Dr. Amitha Ganti, Menstrual Health.
3. A doctor consults with a patient in a bright clinical setting. Quote Text: “You can be very healthy and still experience infertility. If you’re under 35 and have been trying to conceive for a year, or 35+ and trying for 6 months, it’s time to get a fertility evaluation.” Dr. Kathleen Brennan, Fertility.
4. A pregnant woman exercises on a yoga mat while holding dumbbells. Text: “Myth: You should stop exercising during pregnancy. Fact: If you have an uncomplicated pregnancy, it’s generally safe to stay active. Moderate exercise supports weight, mood and glucose control, so get outside and keep moving!” Dr. Rashmi Rao, Pregnancy.
5. A woman drinks water outdoors in warm natural light. Quote Text: “Hydration matters, but so do timing and beverage choice. Stay steadily hydrated throughout the day, limit bladder irritants like caffeine and carbonation, and reduce fluids 3 hours before bed to help with urgency and nighttime urination.” Dr. Michele Torosis, Bladder Health.
6. A woman relaxes while journaling in a cozy setting. Quote Text: “Menopause is more than hot flashes. It can affect sleep, mood, focus, energy and feeling like yourself. Track how you feel day to day and share patterns with your doctor for more personalized care.” Dr. Rajita Patil, Menopause.
