Every have rhe moment where you are perfectly in your self energy, where you feel safe, loved, protected and cared for? Out with friends last night, I was there. No stress, worry or anxiety. Laughing, sharing and being myself with no masks or pretending… I want this feeling for all my clients. It’s what healing looks like:)

Caught at the EMDR International Association conference by the team of photographers capturing the weekend… this was an another member sharing how much my training on RSD resonated with them. I was so touched that she shared and cared enough to tell me. We are all in this healing process together. Grateful for all the therapists who take my trainings on best ND-Affirming practices and go on to support autistic and ADHD clients! And grateful to my incredible co-author Cathy Hanville, LCSW standing with me who referred her to the training. It takes a team!

Exhausted from a weekend of learning at the EMDRIA conference and celebrating my co-author! But I learned so much, connected with folks who I admire and chatted about our upcoming book, shared more about ND Affirming EMDR at our Neurodiversity affirming clinician meet up, and got yo hang with some great friends, like my co-author, Cathy Hanville! They won the Emerging Leader Award!!! 🥇 so much fun!
