At The Cottage at Litchfield Hills, we make fitness a part of everyday life! Our residents enjoy daily exercise programs designed to keep them moving, engaged, and feeling their best. From stretching and strengthening exercises to fun group fitness activities, we believe that every movement matters.

We kicked off CNA Week by celebrating our incredible CNAs with a fun-filled Superhero Day! While our team may not wear capes every day, they are true superheroes in the lives of our residents, providing compassionate care, support, and kindness each and every day.

A heartfelt thank you to all of our CNAs for the dedication, patience, and love you bring to our community. Our residents enjoyed celebrating alongside you and showing their appreciation for everything you do. We are grateful for the difference you make and proud to honor the heroes who make our community such a special place.
