Skolioza idiopatike e adoleshentëve përbën një nga format më të zakonshme të skoliozës dhe menaxhimi i saj kërkon qasje të përshtatura fizioterapeutike.

Punimi, përmes një rishikimi sistematik dhe meta-analize, vlerëson evidencat shkencore mbi efektivitetin e ushtrimeve specifike për skoliozën dhe ushtrimeve të përgjithshme, duke analizuar ndikimin e tyre në parametrat klinikë dhe funksionalë të pacientëve me skoliozë idiopatike të adoleshentëve.

Ky studim kontribuon në evidentimin e rëndësisë së qasjeve të bazuara në evidencë në fizioterapi dhe në përzgjedhjen e ndërhyrjeve më të përshtatshme për menaxhimin e skoliozës tek adoleshentët.
