Join us for a meaningful day centered on Psalm 23 and God’s provision for mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Through biblical teaching, practical wellness education, and restorative experiences, we will explore how nutrition, rest, exercise, stress management, and supportive wellness practices can help nurture the whole person.

The retreat includes a group Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy session designed to encourage emotional insight and healing, as well as a session on nervous system regulation and its importance in overall well-being.

Your retreat experience includes:

A guided study of Psalm 23
Teaching on nutrition, rest, exercise, stress, and wellness support
Group Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy
Nervous system regulation education
Lunch and two snacks
Time for reflection, connection, and renewal in a peaceful farm setting

💲 Cost: $95 per person
