My Sunday reading. Highly recommend, however not an easy book for me to get through quickly. For years I’ve struggled to be in the present moment and enjoy the “Now” that I live. For those rushing through life and wanting help in how to self reflect, this is a great book to help. With the speed at which we live our lives and daily stress, this will help slow things down. If you’ve read the book drop a comment and let me know how it helped your life. #

What are you grateful for today? I caught a glimpse of the roses sitting on the kitchen counter basking in the sun this morning and was hit with a sense of gratitude for what I have in my life. Slow each moment down and try to see the beauty you have in your life. Trust me, everything else will shift to the back out of focus.
