Mental health is a lifelong project. Just like a physical toolbox, a mental health toolkit requires different instruments for different tasks. According to a recent study published on ScienceDirect, heated yoga can be one such tool to help improve symptoms of depression. It does not replace methods such as therapy or medication -- it works alongside of them.
We want you to practice with us at UPDOG Studios. Everyone is welcome in every class. Maybe it will be the extra tool you need.
