Alliance Mental Health is introducing two new group therapy experiences designed to support emotional growth in different ways.

Her-Space is a women-only therapy group that focuses on challenges women commonly face. This group provides a supportive and confidential environment where participants can speak openly and build meaningful connections with others.
[Tuesdays, 5:30p | Starting March 24th to May 5th].

The Redirect is an art therapy group that helps participants redirect difficult emotions into creative expression. No art experience is needed. The focus is not on artistic skill, but on using creativity as a healthy outlet for processing feelings.
[Fridays, 1:30p | Space is limited]

Group therapy offers the opportunity to learn from others, gain new insights, and develop coping strategies in a setting that balances emotional openness with professional therapeutic guidance.
