I was so in the zone for today’s Breathwork session at The Salt Sanctuary of Maryland that I forgot to take pics of class - these are all I got!

But I actually kinda love that. We truly reached flow state during today’s spring breathwork - tears, screaming, breathing, releasing - that’s all that mattered. It was an honor as always to hold space for our intimate group 💖
