Hello, I am coming back from maternity leave! I am so thrilled to be getting ready to come back to serving our community.

Openings starting FEBRUARY 27th, 2023.

I am offering telehealth and in-person services. Office hours are 9:0 0 AM- 3:30 PM, Monday- Thursday. I specialize in assisting adult (18+)clients in healing from trauma, utilizing DBT, CPT, CBT and other trauma-informed care models. I particularly look forward to assisting clients working through, relational concerns, self esteem issues, DV from past and/or present. Cost: We accept many insurances including; UHC, Optum, Priority, BCBS, GIGNA, Medicare and BCN. Currently waiting TRICARE approval. We also have a sliding fee scale available.

I am thinking about going to nature therapy. This would mean meeting in areas with trails, by the water, maybe sitting in hammocks by the water, exploring the beauty of this area while performing therapy.

WOULD YOU BE INTERESTED? Where would you want to meet?

There would be an extra release to sign for client, as confidentiality could not be assured. There would be every attempt to be somewhere less populated and I wouldn’t have anything identifying my role (name tag). Also, if I were to see someone I know, I would not introduce clients and leave that up to their discretion.
