A little piece of our family is now in Colorado. 💖

Almost a month ago, our son moved to Colorado with the love of his life. After having him home with us for the past year and a half, this goodbye felt really big.

I haven’t shared much about it because I think we’ve just been living in the moment and taking it all in.

We’re going to miss having him close, but we’re also so happy for him. Watching him find his way, build his life, and do it alongside someone he loves makes us incredibly proud.

Our family is changing, just like life always does. And while we miss him, we’re excited for this next chapter for him. ❤️

For 20 years, I’ve loved bringing yoga into all kinds of gatherings.

Private sessions at the studio or wherever you are — bridal parties, bachelorettes, birthdays, family reunions, men’s groups, girls’ weekends, or simply a group of people who want to practice together.

It’s one of my favorite ways to share yoga — making the practice personal to the people in the room.
