🤍 A little note from our small business 🤍

First, we want to say how grateful we are for every single person who books with us, supports us, and chooses us for your self-care. We truly love what we do and appreciate you more than you know. ✨

We do want to take a moment to talk about last-minute cancellations and no-shows. Over the past couple of weeks, about 25% of our appointments have been canceled last minute or missed completely.

As a small business, this affects us in more ways than people may realize. When your appointment is reserved, that time is held just for you. Other clients are turned away because that spot is already taken. When someone doesn’t come or cancels right before, we often aren’t able to fill that opening.

Many services also require preparation beforehand — products are opened, supplies are prepared, rooms are set up, and time is dedicated specifically for your experience. Sometimes those products and resources cannot be reused.

We completely understand that life happens. Emergencies come up, people get sick, and unexpected things occur. We will always do our best to be understanding. 🤍

To continue providing quality services and protecting our time, our cancellation policy will continue to be: • Cancellations within 24 hours may be charged 50% of the scheduled service
• No-shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled service

This isn’t meant as a punishment — it allows our small business, our time, and our providers to be respected the same way we respect and value the time you set aside to visit us.
