Life gets better when you stop forcing workouts that don’t work for your core & pelvic floor. 👇
I know that’s probably not the sexy fitness advice people were hoping for.
For years, I thought if a workout was hard enough, sweaty enough, or left me sore enough... it had to be working.
Meanwhile I was dealing with:
🚩 Back pain
🚩 Hip pain
🚩 Neck tension
🚩 A core that felt disconnected
🚩 Leaking when I sneezed or coughed
The problem wasn’t that I wasn’t working hard.
The problem was that I was never taught the nuance.
The breathing.
The alignment.
The pressure management.
The compensations.
The tiny details that determine whether an exercise is helping your body or fighting against it.
Because here’s what I’ve learned from training and coaching for 15 years…
The exercise isn’t always the problem.
The way you’re doing it might be.
The timing might be.
The load might be.
The breathing might be.
The foundation underneath it might be.
And that’s why so many women keep bouncing from program to program wondering why nothing sticks.
They keep getting harder workouts...
When what they actually need is a smarter approach.
One that teaches their body how to connect, support, and function first.
Because once your core and pelvic floor know how to do their jobs?
Everything gets easier.
Your workouts.
Your strength.
Your posture.
Your confidence.
Even sneezing. 😂
The older I get, the more I realize the magic isn’t in doing more.
It’s in understanding your body better.
And honestly?
That’s where everything changed for me. ✨
Comment GUIDE if you’re into learning about the nuance too😘
