Traverse Health Clinic

Traverse Health Clinic More Than A Family Practice: Patient-Centered Primary Care and Counseling Services for All All our services are available for people with or without insurance.

Traverse Health Clinic is a community health center providing accessible, integrated medical and behavioral health/counseling services. We fill a gap and ensure that EVERYONE has access to care -- regardless of your type of health care coverage, or your ability to pay. It's our mission to ensure that no one' health gets left behind. We are a non-profit organization led by a Board of Directors made

up mostly of patients, just like you. Traverse Health Clinic's primary care is available for all ages. Our behavioral health/counseling services are available for ages 12 and up (you do not have to establish primary care with us to access behavioral health/counseling services). We always welcome new patients and no one is ever turned away because of their type of health care coverage, or because they can't pay.

Today is National Mental Health Provider Day, and we would like to take the time to celebrate our Clinical Therapists who create spaces where people are supported, understood, and find healing.

Therapists assist individuals in learning constructive ways to handle problems that interfere with everyday life. Thank you for the groundwork and care you provide to our patients each and every day!

May is Mental Health Awareness Month 💚

At School Success, we know that mental health is just as important as academic success. When students feel safe, supported, and understood, they’re better able to learn, grow, and thrive.

This month, let’s:
✨ Normalize talking about feelings
✨ Practice self-care (for students and adults!)
✨ Show kindness to ourselves and each other

Every small moment of support makes a big difference.

NMC will host its last mobile food pantry distribution of the semester on Monday, May 4 from 3–5 p.m. in the Maple Lot on the Front Street campus.

Please queue up in the car line in a counter-clockwise circle around the edge of the parking lot. Do not block main access roads, be mindful of other students using parking spaces and watch for children being picked up at the Oleson Learning Center adjacent to the Maple Lot.

Please help share this with anyone who may benefit!
