Great conference a the NARR Best Practices Summit this week! A great conference for providers like ours that strive to maintain and uphold the national standards of NARR and FARR in our Footprints Beachside Recovery Center's Level 2 and 4 Certified Recovery Residences.

We were able to enjoy some great speakers like Florida State Senator Dr. Rosalind Osgood who shared her personal story of recovery and is a shining example of the gifts of recovery

Recovery happens beyond the therapy room. 🌲

Today, our clients and staff at Footprints Beachside Recovery stepped outside their comfort zones and into the trees for one of our Nature Retreat Days.

The ropes course challenged us to trust the process, face fears, communicate, support one another, and keep moving forward—even when the next step felt uncomfortable.

Those same lessons are at the heart of recovery.

At Footprints, we believe healing is about more than staying sober. It’s about building confidence, strengthening relationships, experiencing life again, and discovering just how much you’re capable of.

At Footprints Beachside Recovery, nature days and experiential therapy give our clients opportunities to step outside their comfort zones, build confidence, have fun, and experience life from a new perspective.

🎊 Congratulations to Alumni Raizel on Five Years Sobriety! 👏

It’s wild to think back to how numb I was to pain. Living life and addressing pain hurts, but I finally feel like I’m living. In my sobriety I’ve had my first grandchild, fought hard to keep my marriage of 20+ years, got divorced, realized how strong I am and all I have and will achieve, getting my BSN degree, and currently in the process of selling my home to rebuild my life with my children. Sobriety has given me a life I am proud to be living. Footprints is the foundation in which I’ve build my sobriety. I am so incredibly grateful for all the people who were part of my rehabilitation and all the spiritual awakenings I had while at Footprints.
