📚 Our Annual Back to School Bash is almost here!

A few quick reminders:

✅ Children must be present to receive a backpack and school supplies.

🚪 The entrance has changed this year—you’ll enter where you exited last year. Don’t worry, we’ll have signs posted to help guide you!

Catoosa Kids Day is a community event on July 23 in Ringgold, Georgia, offering school supplies, health screenings, haircuts, and family activities to prepare kids for the school year. Over 50 local groups will participate to provide resources and support to families in need.

Living with diabetes or recently diagnosed? You don't have to navigate it alone.

Primary Healthcare Centers is launching Navigating Diabetes, a 6-week Health Education Series designed to help you better understand diabetes, build confidence in managing your health, and connect with others on a similar journey.

Led by Ayishatu Salami, FNP and Danielle Townsend, RD, this interactive series will cover practical topics like blood sugar management, nutrition, lifestyle changes, and everyday strategies to help you live healthier. Participants will also receive an exclusive PHC swag bag and cookbook.

Series begins August 27
PHC Mitchell Road – Fort Oglethorpe
Sessions: 6:00–7:30 PM
Registration: $10 (covers refreshments for all six sessions)

🇺🇸 We hope everyone had a wonderful Fourth of July!

Because CRC was closed for the holiday, we're expecting one of our busiest pantry days tomorrow—and we'd love a few extra hands to help us serve our community well.

Many hands make light work. ❤️

We'll be sorting fresh produce beginning at 7:30 AM, and once we open at 11:00 AM we'll need volunteers throughout the day as families come through our doors.

You don't have to stay all day to make a difference.

An hour helps.

Two hours help.

Even just stopping by to lend a hand makes a real impact.

You don't need special experience—just a willing heart. We'll show you what to do, and we'll be grateful you're there.

Whether you're a longtime volunteer or you've been thinking about getting involved for the first time...
