This week we held our first farmers market event. All of the residents, staff and visitors got “farmers market dollars to spend”.
Different staff held vendor tables.
Pam had a fresh bread table.
Sarah had a doughnut table.
Nate had a watermelon table.
Jessica had a fruit bowl table.
Monica had a dirty soda and jewelry made by the residents table.
We also got to enjoy the music talent of Oliva.
The event was a success that we plan to hold again in the fall. 🍩🍞🍉🥤💍🎵🍓

We are celebrating nursing home week and the 100th birthday 🎊 of the mother road at the same time.

Route 66 from California 🌞 to Chicago 🏎️

So far we have journeyed through Sunny California with a beach party and Las Vegas with a human slot machine 🎰
