It’s not natural to want to wait. If you don’t want to wait, try getting multiple treatments closer together for dramatic changes! Each Myofascial Release Therapy treatment builds on the last, improving your ability to move, get out of bed without pain/stiffness, get back to sports and hobbies. I encourage clients that are just “over it” to get multiple treatments in a day and multiple days per week. ✨
