Our staff of highly trained professionals works closely as a team to provide the highest quality healthcare services for our communities. 📣 AT THE RURAL HEALTH CLINIC - JACY GANSZ-TORRES, FNP-C 📣

Ms. Gansz-Torres received her bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology in Socorro. She went on to receive her master's degree in materials engineering also from the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology. She then received her associate's degree in nursing from Central New Mexico Community College in Albuquerque. Ms. Gansz-Torres received her master's degree in nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, from DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois.

To schedule your primary care appointment, Monday through Friday - 8 am to 5 pm - call (719) 846-2206.

Acute Care appointments available Monday through Friday, 8 am to 7 pm, and Saturday Walk-In Clinic, 9 am to 3 pm, also available.

The ER is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
