Trinity Regional Rehab Center Through exceptional care and attention to the highest standards, we are the area’s leading provider of sub-acute rehabilitation.

The Trinity Regional Rehabilitation Care team is made up of specialized, highly trained individuals. Our mission is to put residents first and provide the highest level of care to maximize recovery. Our clinical team includes

- Licensed nurses 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- Certified nursing assistants 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- Licensed physical, occupational and speech therapists 7 days

a week
- Dietitians
- Social services
- Therapeutic recreation 7 days a week
- On-site physician services including internal medicine, podiatry, psychiatry, physiatry, wound clinician, dentistry and pharmacology.

We’ve been spoiling our amazing CNAs all week long, from 6 AM breakfasts for the morning crew to candy, gifts, root beer floats, and more! We are so grateful for the dedication, kindness, and hard work they bring to our residents and team every day.
