For more than 45 years, you have given your time, your heart, and so much of yourself to the Lincoln County 4-H program. You have encouraged countless kids, celebrated their successes, helped them through their challenges, and made a difference in more lives than you probably will ever realize.

Growing up, I watched your dedication firsthand. Now, I get to watch you pour that same love into another generation. 4-H has been such a meaningful part of our family, and so much of that is because of you.

Your 4-H legacy isn’t measured in 45 years—it’s measured in the countless young people whose lives are better because you cared enough to invest in them.

Mom, our family is so incredibly proud of you. This is so well deserved, and I can’t think of anyone more deserving of the Standing Ovation Award. ❤️🍀

Robert Delayne Norris, 89, of Troy, Missouri, passed away on Saturday, August 22, 2026, at SSM DePaul Hospital in Bridgeton, Missouri. He was born on February 5, 1937 in St. Louis, Missouri and was the son of the late, Ova Allen and Ida Mae (Linebaugh) Norris. Robert met the love of his life, Barbara A. Smith, at O’Fallon Bowl and the rest is history. They were united in marriage on June 22, 1968 in Warrenton, Missouri.

Tracy Anne Wotring, 55, of Silex, Missouri, passed away on Tuesday, August 18, 2026 at her residence in Silex, Missouri. She was born on March 4, 1971 in St. Louis, Missouri and was the daughter of the late Jerry and Cherryl (Lahay) Sharp. Tracy was united in marriage to John “Scott” Wotring on May 30, 1992, who preceded her in death on March 18, 2014.

Kathleen Ann Poe, 80, of Troy, Missouri, was welcomed with open arms on Thursday, August 13, 2026, at SSM Health St. Joseph Hospital West in Lake Saint Louis, Missouri. She was born on July 26, 1946, and was the daughter of the late Phillip and Margaret (Olson) Johnson. She was united in marriage to David Michael Poe on May 14, 1965, in St. Charles, Missouri and to this union two sons and two daughters were born. David preceded her in death on December 16, 2021.

Jack Eugene Ramsey, 89, of Olney, Missouri, passed away at his residence surrounded by his family on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, in Olney, Missouri. He was born on October 19, 1936, in Marion, Illinois, and was the son of the late Russell Wiley and Dora (Mazzuchelli) Ramsey. Jack married the love of his life on April 26, 1958, at the Olney Methodist Church, and to this union four daughters and two sons were born.
