Samhain Crystal Sound Bath:
Join us during the energies of Samhain for a cleansing, connecting, restorative crystal sound bath and interactive meditation. Limited aerial hammocks are available for this session in CenterPeace’s studio space.

What to expect:
Enjoy the seasonal tastes and smells of warm c***r tea. Connect and work with crystals to support our evenings intentions. Be guided into a deep meditative state while the veil is at its thinnest, where we will open the space to receive wisdom and guidance from our ancestors & guides, and honor them in our hearts. Journey into a full sound immersion where you can deepen into relaxation, nervous system restoration, peace, & stillness to harmonize your light as we walk into the darker half of the year.

This crystal sound bath blends singing bowls, drums, ocean & rain sounds, voice, multiple instruments, potent crystal energy, and sacred sounds to clear stagnant energy and restore harmony. While Sarah uses each instrument she focuses on radiating the energy of divine love, channeling reiki, & spirit-guided energy for deep healing and multi-dimensional energetic release & renewal.

Expect a serene yet powerful, transformative atmosphere where you can relax, receive, reharmonize, fall into deeply meditative states & reconnect.

Do I need to know how to work with crystals?
The energy of labradorite will be shared with the intention of strengthening your intuitive & psychic channels during the session, to support the third eye & meditation experience to assist in a smoother connection through the veil. No crystal or meditation experience is necessary. We provide the crystals for the session for you to sound journey with. The meditation is a guided one, so you simply just lay back and follow along in your minds eye & heart. We prepare everything in a way so that all you need to do is show up, be open, and experience.

This sound bath will take place in the Crystal Salt Cave. The divine vibes are already waiting for you!

This special session falls near the new moons powerful energy to aid calling in the energy you desire in your world! We welcome you to come equipped with something you’d like to invite in at this time. Let the group energy support you and the sacred sounds and tools to cleanse your energy and body to make space for the new & good meant for you during the quantum manifesting meditation.

This Group settles in with warm peppermint tea, soft yoga mattresses, and the warm glow of the salt wall. We begin with the special experience of Sarah working individually with each person & their spirit team for mini readings. To bring through any visions or messages for you and to select crystals to work with you during the session.
During the sound bath, Sarah will focus on each person’s energy field using crystals, reiki, tuning forks, vocals and sacred sounds. You’ll be immersed in soothing frequencies that activate the parasympathetic nervous system, and invite deep rest, clarity, and renewal. Many participants experience emotional release, visions, energetic shifts, and profound peace.

The best part of electroforming, is after the copper bath when you can remove the layer of liquid latex, which has been hiding your stone for days. 😍 soooo satisfying!

I went through some stuff the past few weeks…and creativity has always gotten me through the hardest times in my life. So I declared it time to set up the copper crystal jewelry lab again. Little did i remember that electroforming is a true art and science, and not at all easy when you’re a beginner, at least in my experience.🤣
It requires a LOT of patience, trial and error, and time.

As does our own healing paths. An encouragement to stay resilient, be patient, creative, and kind to yourself on your journey sweet souls 💕🥰
And super soak up those days when we can peel off that liquid latex and smile at that crystal beneath it that is so beautiful (you). ☺️

I have a lot more to learn in this creative process but simply am resilient and will get there in time. And I cannot wait to take custom orders….I have some exciting ideas for offerings for us when I am a well seasoned french fry at this.

Here we will ground & open up the space, connect you to aquamarine crystal energy, relax into a cozy soft yoga bed, pillows & blankets. Relax and invite in the space for cleansing, restoration, & renewal through a guided meditation, and continue to let go even deeper through a full sound immersion experience.

This sound immersion helps to move and clear energy, re-harmonize, restore, and rebalance the energy fields and slow the brain waves & nervous system down into a deep meditative & restorative state.

Aquamarine crystals will be provided for you to enhance the energy of soothing, calming, flowing nurturing energy.
