She has a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree and is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach, Pilates Instructor and Health Coach. Her passion is helping women navigate changes and dysfunction that can occur in the body during pregnancy, after giving birth, and during the menopause transition.

🍃Spring is here in Tahoe and I’m celebrating new beginnings.
9 years ago today I was enjoying all the newness following the birth of my first babe and of myself as a mother. This experience transformed me, my doula practice, and relationship to the world in so many ways. I had no idea that my future self would be guiding so many other families crossing this threshold. It is an honor and a pleasure to answer this call, and it brings tremendous joy to provide birth support, education courses, retreats, and other offerings to this powerful community of parenthood!
