Celebrating a Milestone Achievement: 100% Occupancy!
We are thrilled and incredibly proud to celebrate a truly remarkable milestone: 100% occupancy! 🎉
This achievement represents so much more than a number. It is a reflection of the dedication, passion, teamwork, and unwavering commitment of our directors and entire team to providing the highest quality of care and creating a community where residents and their families feel welcomed, valued, and supported.

While reaching this milestone has been a true team effort, we would like to extend a very special acknowledgment to our Sales and Marketing Director, Karen DeSantis.

When Karen joined our community, occupancy stood at just 47%. Through her exceptional leadership, determination, relationship-building, and relentless commitment to excellence, she has helped lead our team from 47% to 100% occupancy. This is an extraordinary accomplishment and a testament to the impact of her leadership.

We would also like to recognize Liz Nosenzo her assistant, whose dedication behind the scenes has been invaluable. From every phone call answered to every email returned, Liz consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that no opportunity is missed and every prospective resident and family receives the attention they deserve.

Karen and Liz, thank you for your dedication, perseverance, and for giving so much of yourselves to make this achievement possible.

To our entire team: thank you for believing in our community, supporting one another, and giving your very best every day.

Building Connections, Creating Impact
Every Wednesday, we are fortunate to welcome volunteers from the Kennedy Collective in Bridgeport, Connecticut, to our community. These incredible young adults, ages 18 to 23, bring their time, energy, and enthusiasm to Spring Meadows, helping with housekeeping duties, participating in community activities, and, most importantly, bringing smiles and joy to our residents.
Their volunteer experience is designed to provide meaningful opportunities for job training, socialization, skill development, and building confidence as they prepare to enter the workforce. Through their time with us, Spring Meadows also becomes a valuable reference and a place where they can demonstrate their abilities, work ethic, and commitment.

What makes this partnership especially meaningful is hearing the volunteers say that, among all the places where they volunteer, Spring Meadows is their favorite. They tell us they feel genuinely welcomed, loved, encouraged, and appreciated by our residents.

And that is what makes this partnership so special—it truly is a win-win for everyone. Our residents benefit from the energy, companionship, and enthusiasm these young adults bring, while the volunteers gain valuable experience, connections, and confidence that can help them take their next steps toward employment.

We are grateful for this wonderful partnership and for the opportunity to create a community where everyone has something meaningful to contribute—and where everyone has the opportunity to feel valued.

Today, we held our monthly Resident Council Meeting—a valuable opportunity for residents to come together, share their concerns and suggestions, and offer compliments and feedback about our community.
The meeting also gives each department director an opportunity to share important updates, upcoming initiatives, and what’s happening within their departments throughout the month. It truly is an important forum for communication, collaboration, and connection.

This is a meeting you don’t want to miss! There is so much valuable information exchanged, and every resident’s voice matters.

Our community thrives because we have residents who care, stay informed, speak up, and actively participate. Thank you to everyone who continues to attend, contribute, and help make our community a place where everyone can feel heard, valued, and connected.

A wonderful time was had by all today at our Mosaic Memory Care Community! We can always count on Phil Martino and his beautiful wife to bring joy, energy, and incredible entertainment to our residents and families.

Each month, our community opens its doors and invites friends and family to join their loved ones for a special afternoon filled with singing, dancing, laughter, and refreshments. ❤️

It’s more than an afternoon of entertainment—it’s an opportunity to create meaningful moments, share smiles, strengthen connections, and simply enjoy time together.

We are so grateful for the joy Phil and his wife bring to our community and for all the wonderful families who continue to make these gatherings so special.
