I was taught that you truly become a Reiki Master when you’ve given your first Reiki I attunement. It only took 13 months, but I’ve crossed that threshold. I’m so proud of and excited for my first Reiki I group.
I’m sad I didn’t think to capture any photos before most everything was cleaned up, but this was our sacred space this evening. The third photo is a housewarming gift I received tonight as well ☺️🐸
Are you interested in recieving or learning Reiki? 🙌

Every workout, long walk, gardening project, moving day, or stressful workweek creates demand on the body. Recovery is where adaptation happens. It’s where your body repairs, restores, and prepares for what’s next.

Massage supports that process by helping reduce muscle tension, improving circulation, and giving your nervous system an opportunity to slow down.

And listen, if you don’t stretch that much after your activity, be honest; It will change the way I use our time together.

Side-lying isn’t just for pregnancy, it’s one of the most versatile and comfortable positions I use in sessions.

If lying face down or face up doesn’t feel right for your body, side-lying can take pressure off the low back, hips, shoulders, and even make breathing easier. It’s especially helpful for post-surgical clients, anyone dealing with pain, or just people who want to fully relax without fighting the table.

I use plenty of pillows and bolstering to support your head, neck, hips, and legs so you feel stable, aligned, and completely at ease. No awkward balancing, no “just deal with it” positioning.

Your body doesn’t have to fit the table. The table adjusts to you.

Manual lymphatic drainage is one of the most calming treatments I offer, and not just because it’s gentle.

It works directly with your nervous system. The slow, rhythmic movements signal your body to shift out of fight-or-flight and into rest-and-repair. Heart rate slows, breathing deepens, and your system finally gets a chance to downshift.

People come in thinking it’s just for swelling or post-op, but leave feeling noticeably calmer, lighter, and more regulated.

If your body feels stuck in “on” all the time, this is a good place to start. Bonus: it’s great for allergy relief!
