Family Meeting – August Health Transition

We invite all of our families to join us on Tuesday, August 18th at 6:00 PM for an important Family Meeting!

We’ll be discussing August Health, our new system, what this transition will look like moving forward, and how it will benefit communication and care within our community.

There will also be plenty of time for questions and answers, so we encourage you to attend, learn more, and bring any questions you may have.
