Did you know that we can make running more effective for your bones? Avoid doing the same thing every day and we can still see bone health benefits from running. It doesn't negate the need for strength training, but it helps.

Are you 1 of the 600,000? Ankle instability has real consequences including arthritis and falls. If pain persists more than a few days or your ankle feels unstable, get checked. Hopefully, PT will solve the problem, but surgery may be needed to restore function.
