Today, we remember. šŸ‡ŗšŸ‡ø

This Memorial Day, we pause to honor and remember the men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country. Their courage and commitment created opportunities and freedoms that we often experience in everyday moments…time with family, movement, community, and celebration.

We’re also grateful for every person who walks into our space and allows us to be part of their journey. Helping people move, recover, and return to what matters most is something we never take for granted.

Grateful also for the community of CrossFit Tualatin for welcoming us in this space where we get to do what we love so much.

8 months ago, squatting didn’t feel possible.

Today, squatting WITH weight with confidence.

Not because we avoided movement.

Give them a license to move!

Our patient with 8+ months of hip pain came in unable to do a squat.

Painful. Limited. Frustrated.

By the end of the session?
Back to squatting and progressing toward SINGLE LEG SQUAT WITH LOAD!

Our answer wasn’t to avoid it or chase the ā€œperfectā€ exercise. We just gave him a way to move.

At Elevate PT, it’s about finding what is meaningful and doable for the person in front of us.
