“What aren’t you saying?”
Sometimes your shoulders are carrying entire conversations your mouth never had.
The apology you never received.
The boundary you never set.
The grief you never fully processed.
The frustration you keep swallowing.
The exhaustion you’re pretending isn’t there.
We often think stress lives in our thoughts, but it has a way of settling into the body.
In the tight shoulders.
In the clenched jaw.
In the headaches.
In the tension that never seems to leave.
Your body is often speaking what your words haven’t yet expressed.
Before you ask yourself what’s wrong with your shoulders, ask yourself:
What have I been carrying that was never mine to hold?
What aren’t you saying? REPLY with one word of what you are carrying ….
Clarity. Consistency. Care.
