You only kind of want it 😬
💪 If you want to get more “toned”?
Then pick one day and start doing weight training - even just 10 minutes, and you will start to see results.
👩💼If you want a job you actually love?
Then stop complaining and start taking action to change it!
(8 years ago I was a nanny with a degree in education and zero experience coaching…but I wanted it. So I did it. So can you!)
❤️ If you want a better relationship?
Put effort into being the best you, work on your communication, go to therapy….and if it stills sucks? Leave.
If you continue to “Kind of” want things in life, you will continue to “kind of” be happy. 🤷♀️
Having excuses and continuing to “kind of” try to do things on your own will not produce the results you want.
For real lasting results, you have to give a full HECK YES.🥳
You have to be all in to make the necessary changes to get there.
There will be hard days. There will be rewarding days!
There will be days you question if it’s worth it.
You will have days where you KNOW it’s worth it.
But if you keep trying and every day try to be proud of your decisions, you will get there.
