Getting to work with Arizona football has been so much fun.

I love getting to know the guys. They are a kind and respectful group of men, especially to the staff members, and they are also total clowns to each other.

The energy is awesome and I am so happy I get to work with them. Bear Down.

Kim came in with what she calls a knot under her shoulder blade. She has been coming in with this one for a while now.

It is one of those things. I work on it, it gets better, and it comes back. Today cupping loosened it up and deep tissue did the rest.

If that sounds familiar, DM me to book.

Let's talk about deep tissue honestly.

No, it's not a pain contest. I'm not trying to hurt you just to prove I went deep.

But sometimes it does hurt. When a muscle is already angry and I get into it, you're going to feel that. That's real, and I'm not going to pretend otherwise.

Here's the difference. It hurts, and then it lets go. You walk out feeling better than when you walked in. That's pain with a purpose.

Pain for its own sake is just pain. The work is knowing the difference.

DM me to book.

I am a Reflector in Human Design.

Only about one percent of people are. It means I am wired to take in the energy of a room and mirror it back, not to push my own.

In a session, that means I feel what is off before you tell me. Where you are holding. What is running in the background.

It is not something I try to do. It is how I am built.

And honestly, it is one of the reasons people leave feeling seen, not just loosened up.

Want to feel it for yourself? DM me to book.

Bodywork + Integration is not just a longer massage.

It is 90 or 120 minutes with a beginning, middle, and end. We open with breath and intention. We move into deep tissue layered with Reiki. We land by talking through what shifted.

If you have been feeling stuck in your body and your head, this is for you.

Held in Tucson. DM me to book.

Tucson, we survived another summer.

Your body kept score though. Tight shoulders from the heat, shallow breathing from living in AC, nervous system still braced from monsoon season.

Fall is the reset. This is the time to unwind what summer wound up.

DM me to book your reset.

Your nervous system does not need you to believe in Reiki. It just needs you to slow down enough to receive it.

Reiki helps shift you out of fight-or-flight so your body can do what it already knows how to do: regulate, release, reset.

You do not have to be spiritual. You just have to be open.

October books are open. DM me to grab your spot.

Heads up, Tucson!

I will be out of town in San Diego from September 30 through October 3 for a little beach therapy.

No sessions those days, but books are open before and after. DM me if you want to grab a spot before I head out or when I am back.

the wizard has logged on 🧙‍♂️

DM to book. Your shoulders will thank you.

Reiki isn't magic. It's nervous system work — and no, you don't have to believe in it. 🌀

Your nervous system responds either way. That said — receptivity deepens it. The more open you are, the more it takes to you.

August books are open. DM me to grab your spot.
