Hello! My name is Alison Ercole, and I am a PhD candidate at the University of Arizona, College of Nursing. I am also a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, licensed to work in PA and NJ. For my dissertation study, I am interested in learning more about teenagers' use and perception of the working relationship they create with their providers during mental health treatment during telehealth appointments. Many patients had to change to telehealth appointments during the COVID-19 pandemic. That was a difficult shift away from in-person care. Now that the pandemic is over, mental health care is still offered over the internet. I would like to learn what teenagers think about all of this.
