You know those "friends" that totally disappear, never support you, never encourage you, never lift you up..... but yet ALWAYS, have something to say when they disagree with you.... Yeah, THEY ARE NOT YOUR FRIEND.

Why I started doing .

I began coloring as a way of meditation and creativity. I needed something to keep my hands and mind busy so I wouldn't doom scroll. I needed something to take me out of this world, even if it was only for a brief moment. I needed something to help calm my mind long enough to breathe!

It worked! But I had a new dilemma... I had so many inspirational pictures colored, I thought to myself what am I going to do with all these. As pretty as they are I just don't have the wall space to hang them all up.

So I decided, what's better than sharing and lifting other people up. With this ugly ugly world we live in currently, we could all use a little inspiration, right?

So I began secretly leaving them behind, while I was enjoying my stay at the Miravel.

I noticed people began to stop and look. Then I saw it..... the smile! The gleam in their eye. The way their body language changed.... they stood taller, shoulders back, head up. My heart was full! 🥰🥰🥰 It was working. They were bringing others peace just like they had brought me.

On the back of some there is a picture you can color and share if you'd like.

So I thought why not share this with the world! That's when I started leaving them behind almost everywhere I went. I don't need to see the response to feel the love!
