We are seeking a therapist who is passionate about pelvic health and wants the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients while providing high-quality, one-on-one care.
Our one-on-one care model allows for more time with your patient. We only schedule one patient per hour!!!
Position: Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist
Location: Tucson, Arizona
Employment: Full-Time
About the Position
The Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat patients with a variety of pelvic health conditions across the lifespan. This position offers the opportunity to develop and grow a pelvic health program while working alongside an experienced physical therapy team.
Responsibilities may include:
- Performing comprehensive pelvic floor and musculoskeletal evaluations
- Developing individualized treatment plans based on each patient's goals and needs
- Providing one-on-one, hands-on physical therapy
- Treating pelvic floor dysfunction and related musculoskeletal conditions
- Providing patient education regarding anatomy, movement, exercise, lifestyle, and self-management
- Utilizing therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and other evidence-based interventions
- Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Communicating effectively with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
- Participating in a collaborative clinic environment
- Helping grow and develop Simons Physical Therapy's pelvic health services
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is:
- A licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Arizona
- Passionate about pelvic health
- Compassionate, professional, and comfortable discussing sensitive health concerns
- Committed to patient-centered care
- Comfortable providing hands-on treatment
- A strong communicator and team player
- Organized and dependable
- Interested in continuing education and professional growth
Pelvic health experience or specialized training is preferred. Candidates who are currently pursuing pelvic floor continuing education or certification may also be considered.
