👍🏻 One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned in nearly 20 years as a chiropractor…

When I graduated from chiropractic school, I was probably a little too idealistic.

Like many new doctors, I believed there was one “right” way to help almost every patient. I was passionate, confident… and if I’m honest, probably a little dogmatic.

Then I spent years taking care of real people.

💡 That’s when everything changed.

No two patients are the same.

👶 A child isn’t the same as an 80-year-old with arthritis.
🤰 A pregnant mom isn’t the same as a competitive athlete.
💻 Someone with chronic neck pain from years at a desk isn’t the same as someone recovering from surgery.

Every person has a different body, different goals, and a different story.

That’s why you’ll see me using a variety of techniques throughout the day:
✅ Traditional manual adjustments
✅ Gentle instrument-assisted adjustments
✅ Soft tissue techniques
✅ Rehabilitation exercises
✅ Spinal decompression
✅ Stemwave therapy
✅ Class IV laser therapy

They’re all just tools in the toolbox.

🧰 The real skill isn’t having one favorite technique…

It’s knowing which tool is the right one for the person sitting in front of you.

Experience hasn’t replaced what I learned in school—it has built upon it.
