This is an opportunity to practice independently in the outpatient setting, with growing surgical volume and opportunities across multiple ASCs. We're proud to see Kitra Henker, DNP, CRNA, Chief CRNA at Carondelet St. Mary's Hospital and Guide Anesthesia in Tucson, participating in AANA 2026 in Boston.

Kitra is a speaker in the session “Advancing Anesthesia Care: Strengthening Nurse Anesthetist Capacity in Lao PDR and Cambodia,” a discussion focused on anesthesia education, workforce development, and access to safe anesthesia and surgical care.

📍 Phoenix | Downtown/Central Phoenix
A clinician-led practice spanning an orthopedic surgical hospital, academic medical center, and outpatient surgery centers. Physicians have the opportunity to stay clinically engaged while contributing to the growth and direction of the practice.

Across both opportunities, we're looking for physicians who bring clinical expertise, sound judgment, strong communication, and a commitment to building exceptional anesthesia programs.

Clinical excellence starts with those willing to teach it.

Recently, members of our cardiovascular anesthesia team participated in a hands-on Transesophageal Echocardiography (TEE) training led by our own Jacob Hantla.

Using Midwestern University's simulation lab, our team strengthened the advanced skills that support exceptional patient care in the cardiac OR through simulation, collaboration, and real-world discussion.

We're grateful to Midwestern University for providing access to their outstanding simulation facilities and helping make this educational experience possible.
