Hey everyone!

I’ve been working on something really special, and I’m finally ready to share it with you all!

I created Exhale Community, an online wellness community designed to give kids, teens, adults, and families a place to learn practical life and mental wellness skills, connect with others, explore new interests, and find support along the way.

Inside the community, we’ll have live workshops, support groups, activities, a growing Wellness Library, practical tools and worksheets, community spaces, and opportunities to learn from different facilitators and professionals. The goal isn’t to create another place where people feel like they have to have it all together, it’s a place to show up as you are, learn, grow, and belong.

And because back-to-school season is HERE, our first live student workshop is coming up! 🍎📚 Getting Back Into the Swing of School will help students prepare for the transition with practical strategies for managing stress, building routines, strengthening confidence, and creating their own School Success Toolkit. It’s interactive, and hands-on.

If you know a kid, teen, parent, or family who might benefit from something like this, I would absolutely love for you to join us or share this post with someone who might. Even if you aren’t personally looking for a community like this, sharing it helps me reach the people I’m trying to help.

🌊 Come check out Exhale, tell your friends, invite your people, and help me build this thing!

If anyone is interested, message me through this account or Emily Miller, text me, or email [email protected]!

And if you’re curious about the back-to-school event, you can find the details in the image below!

Thank you to everyone who has encouraged me while I’ve been building this. This little idea has already grown into something I’m incredibly excited about, and we’re just getting started.

If Steve, the hair, Harrington was my client, we’d be exploring how his confidence is shaped by who he thinks he needs to be, not who he actually is. From overcompensating and performing to slowly learning what it feels like to be accepted without earning it, Steve’s character shows how self-worth tied to external validation can shape the way we show up in relationships. Overtime, we see how that leads to people-pleasing, insecurity, and pushing away the people who matter most. Then he gets put into a role he doesn’t even want, and somehow that’s where everything starts to shift. In what ways do you relate to Steve?

Sometimes the most healing moment in therapy isn’t learning a new coping skill. It’s realizing your patterns make sense.

Your reactions weren’t random.
They were adaptive.

Understanding trauma doesn’t excuse harmful behavior, but it does explain where it started. And that explanation can be the beginning of real change.

You’re not broken.
You adapted. 💜

AI is everywhere these days. We’re all using it for work, ideas, reminders, and even guidance on personal stuff. And it’s no surprise people are leaning on it for mental health, too.

That said, it’s still just a tool. One that works best alongside therapy, not instead of it. A therapist can help you:
• Make sense of AI insights
• Practice strategies safely in real life
• Notice what actually helps you

Use AI to explore. Use therapy to integrate. Together, they can help you reflect, experiment, and grow. 💜

Anxiety doesn’t always look like panic. Sometimes it’s silent worry, overthinking, or that feeling in your chest that won’t go away.
It’s your body’s alarm system trying to protect you, even when there’s no real danger.

Awareness, grounding, breaking things down, and connection are all ways to work with it instead of against it.
You are not your anxiety. You are someone learning how to respond, regulate, and live with more ease. 💜

Valentine’s Day can make love feel performative: big gestures, big expectations, big pressure.

But the love that lasts is steady. It’s thoughtful. It’s practiced in ordinary moments.

This year, look for love beyond roses. 🌹
It might already be all around you.
