Residents enjoyed Sylvia Friedman's presentation on "Self Love". Sylvia is a well known motivational speaker making public appearances at conventions, universities, and the Oprah show to name a few. Sylvia also was a known actress on Broadway. We are happy to have Sylvia as part of our Bridgewater family. Sylvia will be doing presentations each month on various topics. So mark your calenders.
