Sore elbow after golf or pickleball? ⛳🏓 Check where it hurts.

Outside of the elbow: usually tennis elbow. Pickleball elbow is usually the same thing.
Inside of the elbow: usually golfer's elbow.

Flu: most contagious the first 3 days
RSV: usually 3 to 8 days
COVID-19: can spread even without symptoms

The rule for all three: symptoms improving and fever-free for 24 hours without medicine.

If you live in SaddleBrooke, Catalina, or Oro Valley, you know the drive to a Tucson ER is 30 to 45 minutes on a good day. That's a long way to go to find out it was a sprain.

A quick health note that could spare a family member a long, uncomfortable night. 🚻

If someone suddenly can't urinate — strong urge, little or nothing coming out, lower abdomen feeling full and increasingly painful — that's acute urinary retention, and it needs prompt evaluation. The NIDDK classifies it as a condition requiring immediate medical attention. ⚠️

Common contributors: 🔹 Enlarged prostate (BPH) 🔹 Over-the-counter cold & allergy medications 🔹 Urinary tract infection 🔹 Severe constipation 🔹 Certain neurological conditions
