This image is not just an overweight person, there is a disease here called lipedema. Some might think they are just looking at cellulite, but thats not the case. Cellulite a harmless cosmetic issue. This condition, lipedema, can be found on slender people as well. It's also way more common in women. It can be painful and tender and cause fatigue. It is closely related to lymphadema, usually has swelling/edema involved, but not the same thing. If you think you might have this, do some research . There is help beyond surgery.... MLD, compression and anti inflammatory diet, low impact exercise. Don't just suffer.
