The Al Carlozzi Center for Counseling at OSU-Tulsa provides low-cost counseling to OSU students, faculty, and staff, as well as community members. We provide individuals, couples, and group counseling, as well as assessment services for ADHD and other diagnoses. And don’t forget that Scout the therapy dog will be joining us 3:00-4:30 each day- she’s a big fan of belly rubs, which are known to have magical de-stress powers!

If you're feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or just in need of a fidget toy, enjoy one of our sensory kits! Available in all OSU-Tulsa study rooms and on tables in the North Hall Student Union now through May 7.

Kits include fidgets, sensory stickers, stress balls, and other fun surprises. Open the lid to access a QR code to link to a mindful meditation to target pre-finals stress and test anxiety.
