🧠✨Attention Autistic & ADHD (AuDHD) adults of Oklahoma! A virtual support group is starting soon and I’d love to have you join! (Link in bio for more info!)

Having autism and ADHD together comes with its own set of challenges. In this group we will look at how navigating both at the same time can be confusing, overwhelming, and exhausting! Understanding our needs can be hard enough, but when those needs are conflicting that can be even more tricky! This group will be a space to connect with other adults navigating the AuDHD life, learn tools for navigating sensory struggles, burnout, getting out of procrastination, and so much more!
