Revive Counseling is excited to offer two workshops for girls this June!

These workshops are designed to give girls a safe, supportive space to grow in confidence, learn healthy skills, and connect with others who are walking through similar stages of life.

Coping Skills Workshop
For girls ages 12 to 14
Mondays, June 8 to June 29
5:15 PM to 6:15 PM
Cost: $50 per class

In this workshop, girls will learn practical coping strategies, manage stress and anxiety, build self confidence and resilience, and support one another in a judgment free environment.

Wellness in Self Esteem & Boundaries Workshop
For girls ages 15 to 17
Fridays, June 5 to June 26
2:00 PM to 3:15 PM
Cost: $50 per class

In this workshop, girls will strengthen self esteem, explore identity and values, learn and practice healthy boundaries, build confidence and self respect, and connect with one another.

Both workshops will be held at Revive Counseling

We are excited to share that this 3 hour training is now available both in person and virtually.

Join Don Martin, LPC, for a practical introduction to Schema Therapy. This training will help therapists identify and understand the core patterns that drive persistent emotional and behavioral struggles in clients.

You will learn how these patterns develop, how they show up in the therapy room, and how to begin addressing the deeper issues that often keep clients stuck despite traditional approaches.

This training is designed to be highly practical, giving you a clear framework you can begin using right away in your practice.
