💓 80-85% reduction rate in heart failure readmissions. That's what our CardioMEMs program has been doing since 2017.

This week, because of our excellent performance and rapid growth, Oklahoma Heart Institute (OHI) was chosen for an early release of the new HERO monitoring system (the only center in Oklahoma to participate).

What is the HERO monitoring system? It's designed to improve how patients take and send daily pulmonary artery pressure readings to their clinicians to monitor for signs of worsening heart failure.
