Summer yoga just got a little easier. ☀️

ORA: mind + body now offers 5 Private Group Yoga classes each week, with each class limited to just 6 people.

> Mondays 9 am + 5:30 pm
> Wednesdays 9 am + 5:30 pm
> Saturdays 10 am

That means more personal attention, more space to modify, and a quieter studio experience — with all props provided.

Classes are taught by an instructor with 20+ years of teaching experience and are designed to support your body, mind, and nervous system in a thoughtful, sustainable way.

To make it easier to stay consistent this summer, we’re also offering a 20-Class Summer Yoga Pass for $299 — less than $15 per class.

💚 Yoga teaches that every one of us has access to inner wisdom—and that we can trust our hearts when we slow down enough to actually listen. It also asks us to be discerning with “outside noise”: the pressure, the spin, the voices that try to make us doubt what we know deep down.

💚 Right now is a real-time invitation to pause. To set down the noise, take a few steady breaths, and check in with your heart. What does your inner knowing say? Does it align with what you’re hearing around you? If something feels off—tight, disconnected, confusing—can you stay curious and keep listening for what feels true, grounded, and humane?

💚 As a yoga community, we practice ahimsa (non-violence). That includes the violence we can direct inward—like a relentless inner critic—and the violence we can normalize outward through words, policies, or actions that harm others.
We do not condone dehumanizing or inhumane treatment of anyone. Not now. Not ever.

💚 We remain committed to peaceful co-existence, where differences can exist—so long as they do not cause harm.
